City tour "Historical Vienna"
This tour will give you an overall impression of Vienna, including the Ringstrasse
with its magnificent buildings such as the State Opera, the Museums of Fine Arts
and Natural History, the Hofburg (Imperial Palace), Parliament, City Hall, the
Burgtheater and the Votivkirche. Another highlight is a guided tour through the
wonderful stately rooms of Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the
Habsburg family. We return via Belvedere Palace.

About Gustav Klimt & Co. - Art Nouveau in Vienna
Next to Paris and Brussels, Vienna is known as "capital city of Art Nouveau". On t
his tour, you´ll visit the most important and well-known Art Nouveau buildings and
get to know their famous architects, Josef Hoffmann, Adolf Loos and Otto Wagner,
all of whom are inseparably tied to Vienna. One of Gustav Klimt´s master pieces,
the so-called "Beethoven frieze", is on view at the Secession, an art nouveau-era
gallery in the centre of Vienna. Another highlight is a visit to Otto Wagner´s
"Kirche am Steinhof", a church renovated and newly opened in October 2006.

Burgenland - Unspoilt nature as far as the eye can see
This tour will show you some highlights of Burgenland, one of the lesser known
provinces of Austria near the border to Hungary. Our first stop will be
Eisenstadt, the province´s capital, where Joseph Haydn, one of Austria´s most
famous composers, lived and worked for many years. Join us for a visit to the
Esterhazy Castle before continuing to the pretty town of Rust on the shores of
Lake "Neusiedl". This town is famous for its wines and the many storks which
nest on the house rooftops year after year. After lunch you´ll board a boat
for a ride across Lake Neusiedl, the largest steppe lake in Europe, which
partly forms the border to Hungary. Finally the bus takes you back to Vienna.

Danube Valley "Wachau"
This tour will take you west of Vienna, to the beautiful part of the Danube Valley
known as the "Wachau". The full day´s journey includes a visit to the magnificent
Benedictine Abbey of Melk, which is one of the finest examples of Baroque
architecture in Austria and is often referred to as the "cradle of Austria".
The picturesque village of Dürnstein, where King Richard Lionheart was held
prisoner until his faithful minstrel Blondel rescued him, is particularly
worthwhile, as is the old merchants´ town of Krems. Other hightlights of this
tour include a boat ride on the mighty Danube River and a lunch in the city
of Melk.
